本人想了解T-spline中文版的进展，于是写信去问，得到的答案却是这样的：

We currently do not have a Chinese version of T-Splines or a user manual in Chinese. We want to translate the software into Chinese, but we have not seen enough demand for it yet.

We had a recent forum posting about this topic. Although we have a growing number of Chinese users, the demand for translation compared to other languages is low. We would like to be able to translate our materials into Chinese, but we have limited resources. If you would like to create your own translation file, the forum post that I mentioned has instructions on how to.

We don't currently offer a Chinese translation. Probably the best place to look for Chinese-language T-spline resources is our resellers in China.

We are set up to be translatable in all languages that Rhino supports, but we haven't done the translation work yet for all languages.

It is possible to create your own translation if you wish. It's a little bit technical, but here are the rough details:

Inside your T-Splines folder (in Program Files), you have a locale/ folder. Under this folder you will see a series of CSV files, one for each non-English language we support (es-es.csv is European Spanish, fr-fr.csv is European French, and so forth). A list of language codes is here. Make a copy of one of these existing files, and rename it -- I believe "zh-ch.csv" would give you the mainland simplified Chinese, and "zh-tw.csv" would give you Taiwanese Chinese.

The files are 16-bit Unicode text, and can be opened in Excel or OpenOffice Calc; just be careful to save it in the same format. The first column is the English, and the second column is the translated text. If you fill out all the fields and change Rhino's display language, you'll see your own translation appear.
