我安装的keyshot怎么不能打开文件？

我刚刚下载安装了keyshot_w32_2.0.38，也用Patch_K32-2.0.38.exe这个补丁的，怎么不能打开文件呢？我试图打开sw的文档出现下面的提示：The imported geometry could not be interpreted (please contact support@uxion.com)

我的是2.046也是同样问题，不过我是对某些模型才会这样，是不是模型哪里出问题有关系的？
