The latest update to 10.6.1 has improved the situation, yet it still doesn't eliminate crashes. The crashes are caused by the something in the OS itself. We hope that subsequent updates will fix these issues. Therefore, we are still not officially certifying HyperShot 1.9 for Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard).
HyperShot '10 for the Mac doesn't appear to have any problems, though. We hope to release by the end of the month
